By accessing and using the AntiSpoof platform (antispoof.app), you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

AntiSpoof is a free civic tool that allows you to:

• Search Portuguese phone numbers (+351) in spam and fraud databases;
• Report unwanted, fraudulent or spoofing calls anonymously;
• Generate pre-filled complaint drafts for voluntary submission to competent authorities.

The platform is an auxiliary instrument. Risk classifications are based on aggregated and public data and do not constitute legal proof. The user is responsible for their final decision.

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate purposes of protection against abusive calls;
• Not submit false or unfounded reports with intent to harm third parties;
• Not use the platform for harassment, stalking or defamation;
• Not attempt to improperly access the platform systems, databases or infrastructure;
• Not submit illegal, discriminatory or third-party rights-infringing content.

AntiSpoof is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. In particular, the platform does not guarantee the accuracy of phone number data, or that reports will be processed by authorities.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction for dispute resolution, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
