Risk classifications presented have no evidentiary value and should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial decisions.

Phone number data is collected from public sources, including ANACOM, BdP and CNCS public alerts, collaborative spam reporting platforms, anonymised voluntary user reports, and analysis of the Portuguese National Numbering Plan (PNN).

AntiSpoof cannot be held liable for incorrect classifications resulting from outdated or incomplete data, damages caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or service interruptions for technical or maintenance reasons.

This platform operates in compliance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the Portuguese Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 16/2022), and the Portuguese Penal Code.
